If you keep scrolling down, you will see that BYHA is using Tourney Machine, Game Sheets, and Sports Engine to help organize the tournaments and communicate with teams. There may be discrepancies between Tourney Machine and the manual entries/seeding/etc.  If you have questions, coaches and team managers should contact tournament staff. Parents,

Please let your team managers and coaches do their jobs by letting them communicate any issues with tournament staff.  Enjoy watching your player, and be less concerned about the amateur officials, tournament seeding, missed calls, and whatever other injustice occurs in your child's game.  Our tournaments are run by volunteers and our refs are nominally paid so our children can play hockey.  Keep in mind that most of what you do in our rinks is recorded on audio and video.  (Which becomes a great source of humor!).

What if I need to purchase something hockey related?

Go see Bill and his staff at Top Shelf Hockey.  They will get your skates sharpened quickly and have a great selection of sticks and other equipment.

What if a team manager or coach has a question?

Each rink will have a designated "Rink Manager" that is responsible for tournament operations.  That individual will generally be close to the scorekeeper or the rink entrance and is available to answer questions that coaches and team managers have.

What if there is an injury?

BYHA contracts with Sanford Health to provide medical trainers and will be close at hand to take care of an injured player.  See the tournament rules for any clarifying information on their role regarding concussions, etc.
