There are a few things you need to do ahead of time to get GameSheet ready prior to the season. First, you will need to create a new account in GS if you don't already have one. Then you will need to accept your team invitation code once it is provided to you by the association. This will allow you to access your account and team on the computer and allow for easier editing of the roster. You will also get your completed score sheets emailed to you after each game.  You do NOT need to send these into the district. They are automatically emailed to the district at the end of the game.

You will need to share your team invitation code with your Head Coach, and any other coach as decided, and help them get their account set up so they will also received the after game emails as well. Coaches will not need to do anything else with GS.

Once your rosters are accepted by USAHockey, they will be imported into GS and you can ensure the jersey numbers are added. You will also need to ensure that your team shows up in both the Regular Season drop down list, and the Exhibition List.
